Soprano

Julia Cosgrove holds a master’s of music in vocal performance from the New England Conservatory and a B.M. in performance from Taylor University. Although Ms. Cosgrove has sung many operatic roles; she most enjoys oratorio singing. Oratorio appearances include Handel’s Messiah with the Zeeland Civic Chorus, Haydn’s The Creation with the Marion Philharmonic of Marion, IN and Brahms’ Requiem with the distinguished Handel and Haydn Society of Boston. Julia maintained a private studio in Boston and has previously taught at Cornerstone University, Grand Rapids Community College and Hope College. She is currently using her gifts as Director of Care Ministries at First Reformed Church in Holland.
