Sarah Malone
Soprano
Sarah Malone holds a Master of Music degree in Music Education from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Hope College. While at Hope College, Sarah studied voice with Dr. Stuart Sharp and currently studies with Nicholas Loren. Sarah is Director of Choirs at Holland Public Schools directing the choirs in grades 7-12 and currently in her seventeenth year teaching as a proud public school teacher. Under Ms. Malone’s direction, the Holland High School Choirs performed at Carnegie Hall in 2019 and her choirs continue to achieve high ratings at MSVMA District and State Festivals and contests. Sarah Malone and Jennifer Wolfe co-founded the West Michigan Children’s Choir in 2012 and she continues to co-direct this ensemble with Kristin Goodyke. She maintained a private voice studio while residing in Cleveland and Holland and enjoys singing in the Holland Chorale. When not singing or directing, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and twin daughters, Abbie and Ellen, and their two busy dogs, Quincy and Norby.
